With over 20 years of experience in Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing, I tailor sessions for all ages and fitness levels. Expect a mix of strength & conditioning, cardio, circuit training, & HIIT.

My Qualifications:

– Master in Sports Health & Exercise Science from Brunel University London

– Degree in Sports Coaching Practice from University Of Roehampton

– Boxercise qualified

– Kick Boxercise qualified

– Level 2 – Gym Instruction

– DBS Checked (Up to date)

– Safeguarding and Child Protection
