I’ve been a personal trainer for over a decade, and an AfN certified Nutritionist for 5 years. In that time I’ve worked with people from all walks of life and all levels of training experience. From complete beginners to experienced gym goers, to pro athletes. I’ve even been lucky enough to coach a couple of world champions.

The demands of working at that level make my approach different from your regular trainer.
