You’ll have different options available from having a light pressure massage like Swedish to a very firm massage such as deep tissue or having finger point pressure massage like Shiatsu or focusing on the feet using reflexology. I always recommend to have 90 mins mixture massage. I’m also level 3 qualified with more than 6 years of experience
