Really there is only one aim with therapeutic massage and it is to simply find tension and relieve it. From the beginning of the massage treatment, through to the end Its my job to locate where you are holding tension and what moves or stretches I can do to eliminate it.

I offer competitive rates making your massage experience affordable, set within a relaxed environment.

I offer treatments from light and relaxing to deep tissue, both pre and post sports event care. Massage can help manage pain, and speed recovery.
