Hi, I’m Henry. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2013, and over the years, I’ve naturally incorporated wellness and practical life coaching into my work. I help people take control of their nutrition, movement, sleep, mindset, and career direction so they can build confidence, set clear goals, and create real, lasting changes. I’ve also completed introductory courses in life coaching and counselling, but if you’re dealing with serious mental health challenges, it’s important to seek professional support.
My approach is practical, simple, and action-focused—no complicated theories, just real steps to help you move forward and feel your best. I’m happy to work on most areas in a goal-oriented way, helping you create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
Sessions are online and flexible, and I offer a free consultation plus an extra free session to see if we’re a good fit. If we go ahead, I charge £15 per hour.
