Helping people to stop smoking is my speciality. I’ve done it myself and know what it’s like. I’m not going to tell you what you already know.
The package I offer costs £140- that’s one 2 hour session or two 1 hour sessions. I will give you tailor made meditation techniques to practise for evermore that will help you deal with the feelings that prompt you to smoke.
