Deep healing holistic massage ritual designed to help your relax and let go of tension, stress or just forget the busy daily life.

I am trained somatic bodywork practitioner, energy healer and meditation facilitator and I use techniques from different healing modalities to achieve a deep relaxation, energy healing, emotional detox.

My sessions include somatic ( soma=body;relating to the body) bodywork, including trigger points, touch guided meditation, breathing techniques, reiki, Swedish and Lomi Lomi style oil massage.
