Hi, I’m Marcus. I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer for 11 years. I offer 1-2-1, pair and group sessions in a private Dalston gym, until the Spring time where we will have the option to go back to Hackney Downs park.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

I drive and educate you every step of the way. I make sure I provide you with all the tools you need to smash your fitness goals. Every session starts off with a dedicated prehab and mobility portion, with sound principles and methods used to keep you injury free. The rest of the session is purely tailored to you, there’s no cut and paste. I make sure the sessions are varied to so you’re always engaged and stimulated.

MY APPROACH

Instead of bombarding you with an idea of what I think is best, I make sure I’m always attentive to you and your needs. Together we collaborate to bring the best out of your programme. I strive to balance a light hearted atmosphere with the necessary hard work.

EXPERTISE

As well as boxing fitness, I also specialise in strength and conditioning, body sculpting, circuit training, weight management and with with a level 3 qualification in nutrition for exercise I provide guidance on eating to support your training.

I am happy to arrange group sessions as this makes the session more cost effective.
