The Goal of Raynor Naturopathic Massage (RNM) is to return the body to its’ natural state of relaxation. The word “relax” literally means to bring back to a state of looseness.
It draws inspiration and practice based in Ayurvedic Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Eastern Massage modalities:
My Massage is a perfect way to relax in a warm ambient atmosphere to relieve muscle tension, reset any postural problems that have developed from repetitive motions, or overuse of specific muscles, and come to complete rest physically and mindfully.
HEAD MASSAGE and REFLEXOLOY
Depending on your preferences, all Massage sessions include a Head, Neck & Face massage, a Feet & Hands reflexology therapeutic massage: Plus an abdominal (tummy) massage, and Pectoral massage, if requested.
