Relaxation therapy massages are to help you unwind, relax and reset. A relaxation massage is a gentle, hands-on treatment that aims to help you feel calm and relaxed – applied pressure in the right areas to help the muscle tension breakdown and feel great!
Long strokes, kneading, hand over hand, along with other techniques are used to help maintain a relaxed environment for you, your body and your mind.

Travel – I am based between Romford and Dagenham – Will travel up to 5miles from my base location.
I will be driving – will need to be able to park if possible.
(Will provide towels, oils, table)
You will need a space big enough for the table to be set up and for me to manoeuvre around.
All products used on the body are natural essential oils – some may contain almond oil – please notify me of any allergens…
