– **Personal Training:** £50 per session
– **Online Sessions:** £30 per session
– **Payment:** Due weekly

**Training Locations:**
I have a private gym in Kennington, included in the hourly rate. I can also accommodate training in local parks, green spaces, home addresses, or other gyms, depending on your location.

**Health & Safety:**
To ensure all exercises are safe and effective, I take a formal medical history and measurements, understanding your needs and minimizing the risk of injury.
**Nutrition & Lifestyle:**
I assess each client’s current activity levels and diet to create a comprehensive fitness plan. I also provide guidance on supplements for muscle gain.
**Online Sessions:**
No equipment is needed for online training. I design workouts that utilize the space and items you already have at home—proving you don’t need a fancy gym to get fit!
