My coaching style is dedicated to help individuals unlock their full potential through effective, progressive training methods and mastering the fundamentals of the sport from technical aspects to conditioning and strength.
Bio :
I studied sport and science( Bsc ) in Ukraine university of Priazofsky 2005 and I competed in athletic long jump and 200M sprint while I was doing Boxing as an amateur at the same time and I had my level 3 advanced personal training 2014 .I still do fight and compete in Boxing .
