I use an organic sweet almond oil which feels lovely on the skin, it leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft. I can use it plain or mixed with scents such as lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint etc.

Body scrubs are great for nourishing the skin, there are lots of different types for you to choose from which make the skin softer, exfoliate, deep cleansing, hydrating etc. I will apply the scrub, you rinse off in the shower then finish by receiving a relaxing massage with lovely organic aroma oils
