All About Massage

Matthew

Hi I’m Matthew,

I’m an extremely enthusiastic and experienced strength and conditioning coach (10 yrs). Whatever your level or experience, I would be thrilled to work to your needs! If you’re new to strength training, there has never been a better time to start!

Bio:

I initially studied Biology in Bristol and have worked as a trainer in both Sydney and London. I have a background in and love a wide variety of sports (running, tennis, cycling, football, athletics, rugby, rock climbing, snowboarding and dancing). It is vital that my style of strength and conditioning reflect the way I like to move and test my body, but also complement and enhance my performance in such activities. Strength and conditioning are for me a great art form, a wonderful test of body and mind. It’s as evolution intended! To able to step away from technology and test ourselves surrounded by nature is an amazing feeling. My hope is that you will have the very BEST experience in your sessions.

Expertise:

Full Body Strength and Conditioning (Aerobic and Anaerobic)

Sculpting lean muscle, toning, lowering body fat

Calisthenics (using your own bodyweight) – learn perfect push-up and pull-up form (assisted bands available)

Mobility and Flexibility

Balance and Stability

Prehab (prevention/ avoid injury) and Rehab (help restore injury or illness to your previous level of function or athletic performance).

Sessions are always uniquely tailored to the individuals needs and preferences.

Training location is situated at North Millfields Park (indicated on map). An indoor location is used when needed. 1-on-1 and group sessions are available.

To arrange a telephone consultation or if you have any general questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
