I’ve been working as a Health & Wellbeing Coach for the last 12 years, helping people get fitter and healthier.

I split my time between consultant work with the NHS and private personal training.

I have a Masters in Human Health & Performance, I’m a qualified Nutritionist and can provide you with the most advanced lifestyle plan to make your changes as easy as possible.

We can train in a local park, in your home (with a mix of yours and my equipment), or in my private gym.

Sessions start from £40, gym based sessions usually run between 60-90 minutes to ensure you get the workout you need!
