AF Fitness is a bespoke personal training facility located in Muirkirk, East Ayrshire approximately 15 minutes from Strathaven. I operate from a fully functioning home based gym.

I offer proper one to one personal training sessions for people of all fitness levels. There are no people pouting in the mirror taking selfie pictures or people txting whilst holding up a machine that you want to use. All equipment is at your disposal.

I offer discounted 2-1 sessions if you would rather train with a friend or family member. Block bookings of 10 or more one to one sessions are discounted by 20%.

I am a level 2 fitness instructor and a certified level 3 personal trainer with a first aid certificate.
