Experienced counsellor offering sessions for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, identity, work related stress, post addiction work, childhood issues, etc

I have worked in the NHS, private sector and charities for over 31 years as a counsellor, trainer, supervisor and published author.

I work with people from all backgrounds and experiences. I have an extensive knowledge of psychodynamic and psychotherapeutic counselling practice.

I am a NCS accredited registrant.

Short-term and ongoing long term therapy available.

Currently I am working in face to face in person and on-line by video calling. All sessions are confidential.
